Our clinic is located close to GINZA Station. We are dedicated to caring for our patients and community by providing services that include primary care, lifestyle-related diseases including Diabetes Mellitus, Endocrinology such as thyroid disease, and vaccinations. We strive to provide the best medical treatment and the best patient experience.
As our clinic requires reservations, for those who are visiting for the first time, please don‘t forget to make a reservation by telephone or on our website, and bring your Japanese Health Insurance Card if you have.
Please note that telephone inquiries may not be always answered in English. For patients who require a full examination or intensive care, we refer them to a nearby medical center or university hospitals.

Please bring your health insurance card for every visit.
Our clinic has a priority for patients with reservations which is why there may be a wait if you visit without one. We kindly request you make an appointment in advance.
Patients over 15 years old only.
Please wear a mask during your visit.
NOTE:If you have common cold symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, and runny nose, please call in advance to make a reservation.
Please print out and fill out the medical questionnaire in advance and hand it to the receptionist upon your arrival.
