Our clinic is located close to GINZA Station. We are dedicated to caring for our patients and community by providing services that include primary care, lifestyle-related diseases including Diabetes Mellitus, Endocrinology such as thyroid disease, vaccinations, and medical treatment not covered by insurance. We strive to provide the best medical treatment and the best patient experience.
As our clinic requires reservations, for those who are visiting for the first time, please don‘t forget to make a reservation by telephone or on our website, and bring your Japanese Health Insurance Card if you have.

Please bring your health insurance card for every visit.
Our clinic has a priority for patients with reservations which is why there may be a wait if you visit without one. We kindly request you make an appointment in advance.
Patients over 15 years old only.
Please wear a mask during your visit.

NOTE:If you have common cold symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, and runny nose, please call in advance to make a reservation.

Please print out and fill out the medical questionnaire in advance and hand it to the receptionist upon your arrival.

Medical Fees for Foreign Visitors

All visits include a medical consultation (interview and examination). The fees below apply to visitors who do not reside in Japan and do not hold Japanese health insurance.
Fees by symptom are as follows.

Common cold symptoms (fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose, sputum)

consultation and medication (antipyretic/analgesic, antitussive, expectorant, antihistamine, etc.).¥11,000 to 20,000.
With an influenza and SARS-CoV2 rapid antigen test added: ¥24,000 to 32,000.

Urinary tract infection (e.g., cystitis)

consultation, urinalysis, and antibiotics. ¥12,000 to 18,000.

Abdominal symptoms (abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea)

consultation and medication (antipyretic/analgesic, antiemetic, antidiarrheal, etc.).¥11,000 to 20,000.
With an abdominal ultrasound examination added: approximately + ¥16,000.

Limb pain or gout

consultation and analgesic / anti-inflammatory medication. ¥11,000 to 20,000.
